Kaveo is a media player for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. Kaveo does not provide any channels or content. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is collected, why, and who processes it. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
The playlist links, Xtream server addresses, usernames and passwords you add are stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled, they are synced to your other devices through your private iCloud account (iCloud Key-Value Storage and iCloud Keychain). We never receive them. The app connects directly from your device to the servers in your playlist to load channels, the TV guide and streams.
Favorites, recently watched items and resume positions are stored on your device and synced through your private iCloud account. We do not receive them.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to check whether your subscription is active on each of your devices. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase receipts and basic device information. It does not receive your playlists or what you watch.
We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to receive crash reports so we can fix problems. A crash report contains device model, OS version, app version and technical details about the crash. It does not include your playlists, logins or what you watch.
When "Share anonymous usage statistics" is on in Settings, we use Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage events, for example that a screen was opened or a playlist was added. These events never include links, channel names, logins or what you watch. The option is off by default. You can turn it on or off at any time in Settings.
When you use the Cast button on iPhone or iPad, the Google Cast SDK (Google LLC) looks for Chromecast devices on your local network and sends the stream address, title and artwork of what you choose to play to your Chromecast, which then loads the stream directly. The Cast SDK also sends Google anonymous diagnostic and usage data, such as a device identifier and how the Cast features are used. This data is not linked to you and is not used for tracking.
Kaveo does not show ads, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell or share personal data with data brokers.
Apple, RevenueCat and Google act as processors on our behalf. Each of them is contractually required to protect the data to the same or an equal standard as described in this policy.
You can delete all data stored by Kaveo with Settings > Reset all data, or by deleting the app. Turning off iCloud for Kaveo stops syncing. You can withdraw analytics consent in Settings at any time. For any request about your data, contact us at the address below.
Kaveo is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
